SURREY CRIME PREVENTION SOCIETY VOLUNTEERS – THE FACES OF THOSE THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR CITY

Karen Reid Sidhu, Executive Director, Surrey Crime Prevention Society, demands to know why South Asian youth are getting such a bad rap just because of a few gangster types when there are hundreds of youth out there day and night protecting society in a variety of ways. Last year over 350 Surrey Crime Prevention Society volunteers contributed almost 30,000 hours to the City – and 85 per cent of them were South Asian. see more
